Thanks to Jennifer McGuire, whose tutorial on this technique was very inspiring.
I stamped with a solid layering stamp on dark card stock with white pigment ink
and then used a dye ink that matches the card stock for the next layer.
That's how you get that lovely blue flower.
The outline is heat embossed with silver powder.
