Happy Birthday to You

My granddaughter turned 14 a couple of weeks ago and got her first cell phone -

a birthday wish come true!

The stars and confetti are not on the paper - that's plain white - but are on an

acetate overlay from Obed Marshall's Buenos Dias collection.

 

Top 40

This is all about the old wooden Cathedral-style radio we had when I was a kid,

and how my sister and I would listen to the Top 40 countdown every Saturday afternoon.

Shrek the Musical

My granddaughter loves theater and was able to go to Theater Camp this summer. 

She played Papa Bear in their production of Shrek.

 

Jurassic Park - Homecoming 9/22

After a week of decorating for the Jurassic Park-themed Homecoming,

my granddaughter and her friends celebrated with a football game,

a parade, and, of course, a dance.
