This Week's Birthday Cards

I have two dear friends with birthdays this week.

I made these cards based on a lesson in Scrapbook and Cards Today's

World Cardmaking Day class. I really enjoyed making them and 

learned some new techniques that I'll be using in the future.

Cards for Faraway Friends

I've been making cards to send to friends that live far away from me,

particularly my childhood friends from the East coast. I just want to bring 

a little cheer to others during this stressful time.

A Hug in a Mug

I made coffee cards for the friends in my coffee group,

since we can't get together right now. Miss them!

Coloring Cards and Folders

I made coloring cards and folders for my two young grandkids, plus the granddaughter of a friend. It was fun, but a bit harder than I anticipated - you need to use outline stamps for coloring, but I realized I don't have a lot. A friend suggested using a light color with solid stamps, and I did that with a few, using Barely Beige and Fog (both from Simon Says Stamp.) Idea came from   Simon Says Stamp as well.
